The BOB-B-Q TRUCK is a full service, mobile gourmet kitchen dedicated to providing Freeport Florida and the surrounding areas with the freshest and most delicious BBQ around! Through great passion and practice we have put together a menu that will leave your mouth watering for more!

All of our meats are hand rubbed with our signature Bobs World Famous Seasoning and are smoked for 14-16 hours. As Bob always says "the key to good barbeque is 'low' and 'slow'; all

good things come to those who wait. We strive to serve each of our meats in a unique way that compliments the meats natural flavor and sets BOB-B-Q apart from the rest.

Now this is not this food truck's first journey and I am sure it will not be its last so I invite you all, fans new and old, to join us as Bob-B-Q food truck begins its new journey in Florida. Where it will be serving up BOB-B-Q's original flavor that makes it out of this world!!!
