Enjoy making your own sliders? Than order our BOB-B-Q slider pack! Choose any combination of sliders, which includes rolls, condiments and toppings and add any of our home-made side items to complete the BOB-B-Q experience. The perfect option for to go orders!

Want something a little more formal? Go with the BOB-B-Q Buffet. Let our experienced staff
come to your wedding office or private venue and set up a feast that will leave your guests with something to rave about. Choose any of our delicious menu items to create the perfect buffet for your event. This can be done with the food truck or with our custom made 22' smoker trailer.
